• WILL I HAVE TO ADD ALL OF MY STUDENTS MANUALLY?
  No! All you have to do is email your list of student in CSV, or Excel format. We will update your students each year.
   
• DOES THIS SOFTWARE COME FROM MY COUNTY?
  No we are an independent company. Schoolbanks is a subsidiary of CPUStudio LLC.
   
• I HAVE ALL OF MY INFORMATION STORED IN ACCESS/EXCEL. WILL I HAVE TO RE-TYPE ALL THAT INFORMATION AGAIN?
  In most cases, no. Depending on the way your data is formatted, we can extract that information and enter it in your database.
   
• IS MY SCHOOLS INFORMATION SECURE?
  YES! We use 128-bit SSL on your SchoolBank.
   
• HOW IS MY SCHOOL BILLED?
  After your account is setup, we will mail a bill to your school. You will have 30 days from the bill date for us to have received your payment. There will be an immediate stop in service if not received by that time. You will also be charged a $30 service re-connection fee at that point.
   
• IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT CAN BE ON THE SYSTEM?
  No limit is set as far as use, however, all web servers have limits on the amount of traffic they can handle. You can theoretically have an entire school on the site at one time.
   
• IF I DECIDE TO USE THE 30-DAY TRIAL, WILL MY INFORMATION BE SAVED IF I DECIDE TO BUY?
  Yes, your information will be saved during the time of the trail, but you must purchase the system within the 30-day period. On day 31, your site will be removed from the system along with your data.
